Blogging Starting

Greetings from GrantLessons, we now have 9 followers. Thanks for joining and being part of the test group. Cold here in Reno, so a good day to spend a little time on finishing up the Blog development for a start live date after the presentation at National Assistance League’s May meeting. I have discovered a couple of improvements and I am working on them. Anita Frieson will present at Assistance League’s, May 22-24th meeting and will provide information about both GrantStation and GrantLessons. We would expect more followers after that date.

You can help in the testing by going in and looking at the documents and making a comment or two so that I can work with the software and make sure that I understand how it works. I cannot do this testing myself and am dependent on interaction on the blog.

I am really excited about getting started with this. I can hardly wait to hear that we collectively helped someone in one of Assistance League Chapter’s get a grant because they felt supported in the process and learned enough to be able to do it on their own. Well I need to get to work on finishing up some of the last minute details. Be sure to let us know what you are doing this week to get more grants for your chapter. I will be listening to a webinar by one of our local grant experts to see what I can share here and working on cleaning up our local Chapter’s Dropbox file.

If you have others that want to join us, encourage them to become followers by entering their email into the “Follow Blog via Email” link on the website.  The blog address is https://grantlessons.wordpress.com . Go ahead and invite someone to join as a follower since this will be another test whether that feature works on not.

So, catch me when you can and I will catch up with you soon. Sandie
